GENERAL TERMS:

For changes/adjustments/downgrades or termination of subscription, please contact us at one of our salons or via email at membership@statementcopenhagen.dk. Changes/adjustments/downgrades are only effective when you receive a receipt confirming the receipt of your requests via email from Statement Copenhagen.

LATE FEE:

A fee will be charged if you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment.

5 - 10min: 100 DKK
10 - 15min: 150 DKK
15 - 20min: 200 DKK
20 - 25min: 250 DKK
25 - 30min: 300 DKK

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

At STATEMENT COPENHAGEN, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy that always applies, even when you are a subscription customer. This means that if you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours before your treatment starts, you will be charged the full amount for your booked service. As a subscription customer, you have already prepaid for your treatment, and we will deduct a clip from your subscription if you miss your treatment. This means that you will have one less treatment remaining for the current month in which you have missed or belatedly canceled your treatment.

NEW PRICES FROM December 1st 2025

Due to the new european regulations of packaging and producer responsibilities, that emposes high costs on us and all of our suppliers, we are adjusting the prices at Statement Copenhagen. This means that the total price of your agreement will change 1st of December 2025.

This means that if you for instance currently have a Statement Bronze Shellac Membership, your agreement at Statement Copenhagen changes from 795 DKK/month to 995 DKK/month 1st. of December 2025

The past year has been marked by price increases by all of our suppliers, and therefore, we are forced to adjust the price to continue to meet the standard expected in our treatments, which is why we are adjusting our prices.

The price adjustments take effect on December 1st, 2025, in accordance with our existing subscription terms. On the same date, we will update the subscription terms, and you can already see the new terms in the above text.

TERMINATION TERMS:

You can terminate your membership at Statement Copenhagen at any time with the applicable notice period by writing a email to info@statementcopenhagen.dk marked "termination of subscribtion" followed your full name, tel. number or membership number and email. The membership ends at the end of the termination month plus one month. When terminating your membership, you must provide your full name, phone number or membership number, as well as email and return your issued membership card to one of our salons. The membership card is considered at all times to be the property of Statement Copenhagen entirely.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM SUBSCRIPTION:

14 days from the date of enrollment. Already performed treatments in the current termination month will be invoiced via a payment slip.
