A fee will be charged if you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment.

5 - 10min: 100 DKK

PRICES

At Statement Copenhagen ApS, we reserve the right for any error that may occur in our listed prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Sold-out items are subject to availability.

 

PAYMENT

Statement Copenhagen ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. We reserve the right to price errors and sold-out/discontinued items. 

 

We do not refund money but instead provide a voucher.

 

DELIVERY

Statement Copenhagen ApS aims to dispatch orders received before 5 pm the same day; orders received thereafter will be sent the next business day.

We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping rates from 25 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.

Statement Copenhagen ships internationally, including to the Faroe Islands and Greenland; however, an additional fee will be applied.

Your items will be shipped with Post Nord or GLS.

NOTE: If there is no space at the pickup location, the package will be moved to the nearest pickup location, and you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service.

Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.

Special delivery conditions apply to certain items. These conditions will be specified prior to the purchase of these items.

 

WARRANTY

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacture. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. Statement Copenhagen ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

 

REFUND

If a refund is due, please provide bank details in the form of account number and sort code so that the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be provided via email or other electronic means without risk since they are not sensitive information and will only be used for refund purposes.

Right of Withdrawal

A full 14-day right of withdrawal is provided for items purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from the day:

  • You receive the order.

  • You receive the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in multiple installments.

  • You receive the last batch, or last part, in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for delivery of goods consisting of multiple batches/parts.

  • The first item in physical possession, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

You must cover return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and you must return the shipment within 14 days of cancellation. Notification must be made via email to info@statementcopenhagen.dk. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Returns form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without also giving clear notice thereof.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

  • Items manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.

  • Items where the seal has been broken.

  • Non-financial services performed if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.

  • Delivery of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, if execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

  • Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription agreements for such publications.

  • Agreements made at a public auction.

  • Items that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

 

RETURN

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for properly packaging the item. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also complete and enclose our Withdrawal form.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of its delivery until we have received it back.

We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration of the item's value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive a full refund, you must therefore try the item without actually using it.

 

REPAYMENT

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us refunded.

In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this amount is deducted from the purchase amount.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Repayment will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.
